Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 51(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Berkowitz objected. The Speaker stated that HCS CSSB 51(L&C) will be in third reading on the May 17, 1999, calendar.
